Introduction of Rising Core Type High-Frequency Vibration Pipe Making Machine:
Our company has introduced the Spanish core-lifting high-frequency vibration pipe making machine technology. This pipe making process combines the advantages of radial extrusion and core mold vibration, and makes up for the shortcomings of the two processes:
1. Combining the advantages of the radial extrusion process, the cutting is fast and the production efficiency is higher than that of the core mold vibration process. The production capacity of the core-lifting high-frequency vibration pipe making machine is slightly lower than that of the radial extrusion process, and the average production efficiency of a single tube is 2~ 3 minutes/piece.
2. Combining the advantages of the core mold vibration process, the high frequency vibration makes the dry hard concrete fully liquefied, and the density and strength are higher than the radial extrusion process; it fully reaches the "GB/T11836-2009 Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipe". Requirements of GB/T16752-2017 Test Method for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes.
3. It can produce reinforced concrete pipes with an inner diameter of 300~1500*2-3 meters of various interface types: flat mouth, socket, steel socket, flexible tongue and socket, etc.
4. The dry and hard concrete is fully liquefied and compacted by high-frequency vibration molding, and the pipe body concrete is not moved, so that the pipe body's impermeability level is further improved, without steam curing, and natural curing can reach more than 80% strength for 3 to 4 days; reduce the enterprise cost of production.
